Have a compliment or a complaint? Let us know! More than 100 counsellors from more than 20 organizations offer appointments through Counseling Connect. Including your booking information (e.g. reservation number, name of counsellor, and date/time of appointment), will help us follow-up.

Counselling Connect gives residents of Ottawa and the surrounding area quick access to a free phone or video counselling session.
